What is Client Connect?
Client Connect is designed to eliminate the need for your clients to share their login details for the social accounts you're managing on their behalf. It allows clients to link their social media accounts directly through your website as profiles.
No more password sharing, set up Client Connect.
Why do you need secure access?
In the era of GRWMs (get ready with me's) and DITLs (day in the live's), social media is a cornerstone of a brand's online presence and communication. Therefore, the security of clients' social media accounts is crucial.
These days, social media accounts are as important to businesses as bank details and need to be protected just as much. Social media platform account logins can give access to customers, brand reputation, and the brand's personal information.
Unauthorised access to social platforms could lead to devastating consequences such as online scams, and offensive or misleading content being posted, which can significantly harm a brand's reputation and hinder its online growth.
And no one wants that.
Benefits of using Client Connect

Alternative ways to securely share passwords
While we believe Client Connect is the most secure way to share passwords, we're not afraid to explore other options. So, let's put on our thinking caps and dive into some alternative methods for managing client social media logins securely.
1. Locked Google sheet: A locked Google sheet is a secure and convenient way to share passwords with clients or social media team members. By creating a password-protected sheet, you can ensure that only authorised members can access sensitive information.
2. Two-factor authentication (2FA): By implementing 2FA, clients can further safeguard their accounts from outside access, even if their login credentials are compromised. With 2FA, clients must provide a second form of verification, like a unique code sent to their mobile device or email, in addition to their usual username and password. This additional step ensures that only the account owner can access their social media profiles, even if someone manages to obtain their login information.
3. Verbally share login: While there are alternative ways to share passwords securely, sometimes the most straightforward method is to share login information verbally during a call with a client. This can be an efficient and convenient way to grant access to social media accounts, especially for smaller businesses or clients who may not be familiar with more tech-savvy solutions.
