Meet Meredith Killingsworth, Social Media Manager at IP Marketing Solutions.

Growing a client base with streamlined social media management is key and one of Sendible's most successful stories of this approach comes from Meredith Killingsworth, at IP Marketing Solutions.

We sat down with her (virtually) to find out how she's made full use of Sendible's White Label offering to package services and create a benchmark social media strategy for clients.

The following conversations have been edited for length and clarity.

Tell us a bit about yourself! What do you do?

"I'm Meredith. I work for IP Marketing Solutions. We are a digital marketing agency located in Jackson, Tennessee. We are heavily in the automotive industry. However, we do have clients in various industries like medical, clothing, ecommerce, restaurants and lots other companies.."

What were your biggest challenges with social media management before using Sendible?

"Our biggest pain point was managing various Instagram accounts, not being able to immediately schedule and send out posts, without having to manually go in and do it.

That was our biggest choice when we were looking  for Content Scheduling programmes. This was before you could send a post to Instagram from Facebook, so that was our key thing that we wanted and why we went with Sendible in the first place.

The other thing is we were able to scale better with you guys.  We knew that when we started when we only had four clients, and we knew that your programme was a built a little better to bring on more clients into the programme."

What are your favourite Sendible features, and how do you use them?

"I guess our biggest one is the Instagram one. Being able to immediately send posts straight to Instagram, to business Instagram accounts.

Another one I really love is being able to put the hashtags in the first comment on the Instagram post.

That's a really big one that not a lot of people don't offer.  Picking the best time, the optimal time for your post is key for us. And that was a good, it's a good selling point too for a lot of our clients."

Do you have any measurable results?

"So one of our biggest things is that we tell a lot of our clients about being consistent, being able to post every week, no matter how to think about Sendible is going to push it out for you.

And we've been able to see our clients reach and impressions grow over time, because of the consistency, we've been able to see an increase on that."

What positive results have you seen since using Sendible?

"Your analytics is better actually, than, Facebook and Instagrams analytics, we can see way more. So that helps, too.

We can in the same swing of things, show our client, hey, this is really what's happening since the day that we started using Sendible and scheduling consistently."

What best practices would you recommend?

"So being consistent with Facebook and Instagram and Google My Business, having that consistent posts go out every single day or on your appointed times is key, I think that's kind of the biggest thing I would say also keeping everything organised. So all my clients can be in there and I can see everything for them. However, obviously, they don't see all of it. So I like that as well, ."

How have you grown with Sendible?

"The white label has really helped us be able to grow our company and provide a service for our clients that maybe they can't afford to pay us to fully handle their social media accounts. But they want to be involved a little bit more. So that's given them an option. And it's so easy for them to use, you guys have created a basically set up for them that's flawless and easy for them to login, do what they need to do schedule their posts and stuff like that. Also, like I said, it's very scalable. So we started a few years ago and just with one login, and like six profiles or whatever. And now we are, you know, white labelled and have been able to get bring on a lot of new clients. So I think that is really awesome. So you can start small and know that in like five years, your you can grow into that."

What have you found most valuable about having a White Label?

"Having a white label has helped. I know it does cost a lot more, but it is key for bringing on new clients.

The Free Trial option is really wonderful. That's helped a lot being able to I can like send that to people and say, Hey, guys, we have this free trial just for you. If you want to schedule your own posts, you're welcome to try it out. And being able to have like, our logo and stuff has been really great. Just to keep everything seamless, we work with a lot of small businesses, so they don't have big budgets. So being able to just charge them $65 a month and we say you can manage it. And this is a way that you can post to all your social media platforms. And this gives you that option because a lot of them will say Oh, I'm just gonna post to Facebook. And we're like, No, you need a post to everything. And this will help you so it's a good scalable option for them too, as well.

We started with social pilot, but I noticed and this is why one of the biggest reasons that we came with you guys is because a lot of these programmes will say like you can have one login and then wouldn't be broken up, you would say, Okay, I have one Instagram account, one Facebook account, it wouldn't be broken up like that they would have it separated a different way. And it would be very confusing for me personally. And then it also wasn't handy for us to grow. So I would reach out to them and be like, Hey, I have a new client, I need to add more Instagram accounts and more profiles, they would have to charge it just didn't really make sense on how they have it broken down. And so that's when I found you guys. And it just makes sense. 

So every login that I get, you get x amount of profiles, that just makes a lot more sense than they had, it was like you can only have so many posts per month. And like it was weird. It didn't make any sense. And we wanted to be able to like grow and scale. And so we knew when I started, I was like, cool, we can white label this one day. And that was our goal was okay, how do we scale enough to get our company to where we can white label this programme? And then now that we're able to white label, how can we bring on clients, where we can still make money and but not have to like obviously minimal work? Right. So that has been awesome, letting them have their own logins and letting them be able to schedule their own content and stuff." 

Would you recommend Sendible?

"I highly recommend Sendible because it's so simple to use, not only can we use it, you spend every day scheduling posts and social media all day every day. So can my clients who don't use a computer hardly ever, they can use Sendible as well. We have the dashboard system but like I said, we love your reporting it's literally almost even better than our paid dashboard that we use.  I go back and forth between them.

But I really liked you guys, I honestly feel like you are the best company that we've literally, like out of all the programmes. You always, if I ever have a question, obviously I have you and then just the chat bot immediately works, articles are really good. Yeah, my boss is always like, do you want to change programmes? I'm like, no, I never. We love you all. So you're really are like the best scheduling programme.

I see people all the time. I'm in a lot of groups and stuff and people all the time will talk about different programmes. I'm like no way. This is the best I know sometimes, especially when you're starting out small and you only have like one or two clients. I lives in both them. I'm like girls number one fan. I literally recommend all to everybody all the time."
