We have been working on improving video posting to LinkedIn. Originally, LinkedIn posts went out with a link to the video. With our changes, videos are now posted natively to LinkedIn, meaning your followers can watch the video without leaving the LinkedIn platform.

File size: 200MB maximum, MP4 and .MOV files only.
Only available for LinkedIn company pages, not LinkedIn profiles - this is an API restriction. If this changes we will be work on bringing native video to LinkedIn profiles.
