Setting up a group

  1. Click on My Groups.
  2. Click New Group.
  3. You will be asked to give your group a name.
  4. Next to your group name is a yellow star, if you want your group favorited keep this yellow, if you would not like it to be favorited, deselect it so that it is displayed as grey. See Favoriting a group for more information.


  1. Click Create
  2. To add contacts to your group, click Add Contacts/Services
  3. Add your contacts by checking the box on the right of their names
  4. If you have a number of contacts using different services, the Filter box can help filter through the services.
