To create a new user:

Username - Enter your client's username.
Email address - Enter your client's email address.
Fullname/Company - Enter your client's fullname or company name.
Password and confirm password - Provide your client with a memorable password and confirm this below. If required, your client can change this password when signing in. See Change my password.
Belongs to - This allows you to create hierarchies or users by specifying the parent user account.
Administrator - If you choose to make the client an administrator, you provide them with the opportunity to manage their own accounts and create new users. If you want to make your client an administrator, check the box.
Permissions - This enables you to select which tabs, features and services are available to your clients.
2. Once this is complete, click Create User. You will then be able to view your clients.

3. Once Client A has been created, you can add a new user who belongs to Client A. To do this select New User and add the information which can be seen below. Next to Belongs To ensure that you have selected Client A. Client A would be able to manage User1.

4. After selecting Create User you will be able to see User1 under Client A, this can be seen in the illustration below:
