Sendible.com is a rapidly growing startup providing a SaaS-based social media management solution for small businesses and agencies. We are based in North London with a global customer base. We are seeking an experienced sales executive with both new business development and account management skills to sell our social media management solution to small businesses and marketing agencies.The successful candidate will need to have solid experience within a software sales environment and be highly motivated. This is a great opportunity to join a small, but rapidly growing startup in the social media space. The successful candidate will be:- * Extremely effective at building rapport over the telephone with people from all over the world, predominantly small business owners and marketing managers. * Able to put the customer first and be relentless in understanding the needs and pain points of your potential clients. * Adaptable and flexible enough to utilise multiple sales approaches to close a deal. * Effective at communicating the tangible value that the software can bring to each clients' business. To be considered for this role need you to have: * At least one year’s sales experience, ideally selling Cloud/SaaS applications * Demonstrable, consistent, over-achievement against sales targets * An innate hunger for personal and company success combined with a great personality * A consultative selling style combining effective questioning techniques * Ability to write, communicate and demonstrate technical solutions in non-technical, business-focused language * An appreciation of how small businesses operate and the challenges they face * Solid understanding of social media, web, and SaaS technologies. Occasionally you may be required to generate new leads via cold calling, webinars, email & social media marketing and trade shows.
