Your social media management tool allows other people to use it as well. In this video we show how to create a group of user permissions that you can apply to user accounts.

Select Manage, Admin and Users. On the right you will find Permissions, click on it. If you would like to create a new group of permissions click the plus sign, name it and select Create Group.

Permissions can vary from granting access to keywords, brand monitoring, reports, content management, creating and updating new services etc.

Once you create the group of permissions it will be available, either when creating a new user or editing a user as shown in the video.
